Daar, a local artist began his painting career in 1990. While working mainly for independent autobody shops, Daar developed the habits of craftmanship over production. As Daar's passion grew for the creative custom work, he experimented with different painting methods that resulted in sought after motorcycles, helmets, guitars, and sign designs.
Through his experience's in the autobody collision industry Daar learned the trade of welding. The metal division of J Daar Customs was established in 2000 out of a need to furnish Daar's new home. This division specializes in decorative and functional metal works. Allow Daar to design an original piece or bring your own ideas for a one of a kind creation.
